The limits
Where the free build stops.
A free offer with no edges is not an offer, it is bait. These are the real boundaries — read them before you send the form, and hold us to them afterwards.
2 free builds a month
We build these properly rather than quickly, so there are only so many we can take. First come, first served — if this month is full we will tell you when the next slot is.
One automation per business
The free build is one job, start to finish. If you have five, pick the one wasting the most time and we will quote the rest after you have seen how we work.
Up to 2 systems connected
A form into your CRM, invoices into WhatsApp reminders, an inbox into a ticket queue — that size of job. Anything touching more than two systems we quote instead.
It has to be a real, repeating job
Something a person on your team actually does today, more than once a week. Not an idea for later — we need a job we can watch, time and replace.
Roughly one to two weeks
That is the size of job this covers. If what you need is genuinely bigger, we will say so up front and price it rather than start something we cannot finish free.

If the job is bigger than the free build covers, we say so up front and quote it instead. If it is not worth automating at all, we say that too.

Before you send it
- Is this really free? What is the catch?
- It is free, and the catch is the size. One automation, up to two systems, and it has to be a job somebody on your team really repeats — roughly one to two weeks of our work. We do it because most of our workflow pages say 'available' rather than 'built', and we would rather fix that at our own cost than ask you to go first on a promise. You keep what we build whether or not you ever pay us anything.
- Do I have to sign anything, or commit to more work?
- No. There is no contract, no retainer and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. If it works and you want the next one, we will quote it. If you take what we built and walk away, that is a fair outcome and it happens.
- What is not included?
- Any third-party fees the job itself needs — WhatsApp Business API charges, AI usage, SMS credits — are yours, because they are billed to your account, not ours. Hosting is either your own server, which costs us nothing, or a monthly fee to run it on our setup. We tell you which applies before we start, not after.
- How do I know if my job qualifies?
- If a person on your team does it more than once a week, it involves at most two pieces of software, and you could describe it in a paragraph, it almost certainly qualifies. Send it either way — if it is too big we will tell you that up front and price it instead of quietly turning your free build into an invoice.
- How long does it take?
- We come back to you on email and WhatsApp within about one working day. Agreeing exactly what it will do takes a short call. Building and testing it usually takes one to two weeks, depending on how quickly we can get access to the systems involved.
- What do you need from me?
- A clear description of the job, access to the systems it touches, and one person we can ask questions. That is genuinely it. If access takes your IT team a while, the clock just starts later.
- Why only two a month?
- Because we build these properly rather than quickly, and a free build that is rushed is worth nothing to either of us. If this month is full we will tell you when the next slot opens rather than leaving you waiting.
