FAQ

Common questions

Do we have to replace our existing systems?
Usually not. Most projects add an integration and automation layer around the tools you already run. Replacement is only worth it when a system is actively blocking the business.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how clean their APIs are. A focused automation can be a couple of weeks; a custom application or multi-system integration runs longer. We scope this during Discover, before any build work starts.
Can you work with our existing Frappe or n8n setup?
Yes. We regularly extend existing Frappe applications and n8n instances rather than starting over, including custom doctypes, workflows, APIs and dashboards.
What does it take to make our systems AI-ready?
It starts with an access layer. We build MCP servers that expose scoped, permission-aware tools over your business data, so an assistant like Claude or ChatGPT can read real records and take defined actions instead of guessing.
How do you handle testing?
Functional, API, integration and workflow testing are part of the build, not a phase bolted on at the end. Automations get regression coverage so a silent connector failure does not quietly break a business process.
