Doing it by hand
Stock lives in your main system, but it is also sold on two marketplaces and a website. Somebody exports a spreadsheet and updates each channel by hand, usually once a day — which is how the same unit gets sold twice and one customer gets an apology.

What we build instead
Your main system holds the real stock figure. Orders come in and set that stock aside immediately, the updated number goes back out to every sales channel, and returns put the stock back the same way. One number, correct everywhere.
This one is designed and ready to build, but we have not built it yet — so there is nothing to show you running, and we are not claiming any results. We agree exactly what it will do for your systems first, and you see it working before you sign it off.
